Hayley has been a part of the fitness and well-being industry for 13 years.
She is very passionate about providing a holistic approach to health, which considers the mind, body and soul.
Over the years Hayley has obtained many qualifications but the most recent is her level 3 diploma and level 4 certificate in deep tissue and sports massage therapy.
Hayley’s treatment sessions aim to balance the relationship between sports therapy and the (occasional) discomfort associated to it. As much as they do inevitably come hand in hand, she appreciates that everyone’s pain threshold is different, something that is an extremely important consideration for her when providing treatment.
Hayley brings a very bubbly personality and warm, welcoming approach to her sessions.
Elke’s journey into the Health & Wellbeing industry began back in 2003 where she started gaining a variety of qualifications in holistic therapies.
One of the first passions being Thought Field Therapy - a treatment for eliminating negative feelings such as stress, anger, anxiety, fears and phobias etc. - Elke then proceeded to gain further qualifications and specialised in treatments for back pain with Sports Massage (2007), the DORN Method (2009) and the Rossiter System Workout (2011).
She is 1 of only 14 practitioners in the UK trained to the highest level of Rossiter Workouts.
Elke is extremely passionate about helping her clients lose their emotional stress and physical aches and pains quickly, safely and effectively with natural, drug-free and non-invasive therapies. Her clients often call her ‘The Natural Painkiller’.
Highly Motivated, Elke regularly attends CPD courses to keep up-to-date with the industry.
In her free time, Elke enjoys running and yoga and she is aiming to climb Mount Kilimanjaro soon.
